Ferndown Village Hall

This warm and welcoming traditional Village Hall is home to many local clubs and groups and is used regularly for Adult Education, Badminton, Craft groups, Dog Training, Drama groups, Fitness classes, a Horticultural Association, Musical groups, a Retirement Fellowship, Snooker, Townwomen's Guilds, University of the Third Age, Women's Own, Yoga and Zumba classes to name but a few!

It offers an affordable venue which can seat up to 150 guests theatre style or 70 banquet style. The building is located on the corner of Mountbatten Drive and Church Road, close to Ferndown Town Centre. The building has recently been refurbished and there is ample parking at the rear.

The Main Hall is suitable for disabled users, and meets all Health and Safety and Legal requirements. It enjoys full central heating and has a modern well equipped kitchen for serving refreshments. A large stage with dressing rooms and toilets is also available.

The Committee Room
, also known as The Noisy Room, is a self-contained area with its own cloakroom and toilet and is available for meetings of up to 32 delegates. This room is also used for craft classes, small sales, and band and choir practice and has a Yamaha digital piano in situ.

The Snooker Room
has facilities for the less able bodied and all equipment is supplied to cater for small groups of players.

The Ferndown Village Hall Council are a group of local volunteers, some of whom are Trustees of the Registered Charity, and give their time freely to ensure this wonderful facility remains available for use by the local community and voluntary groups.
