Emergency Temporary Closure of Ringwood Road (Overnight)

DORSET COUNCIL has issued a Notice under Section 14 [2] of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 as amended. All vehicles will be prohibited from proceeding along Ringwood Road, Ferndown between Tricketts Cross Roundabout and Palmersford Roundabout, a distance of approximately 430 metres. The Notice is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise likelihood of danger to highway users. It will come in to operation between 21:00 – 06:00 on 8 February 2023 and can remain in force for up to 21 days, however it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 18 February 2023. Please note the closure will not be in place overnight on 11 February 2023 and 12 February 2023 or at any time outside of these hours.
