PROPOSED TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF GOLF LINKS ROAD, FERNDOWN

Dorset Council has received an application from Wessex Water to close Golf Links Road, Ferndown between 86 Golf Links Road and 89 Golf Links
Road, a distance of approximately 280 metres. The closure has been requested to allow Wessex Water to carry out works to foul connections.
These works are programmed to commence from 12th May 2025 until 16th May 2025. Residents access will be maintained.
Wessex Water will publicise the road closure in a number of ways: they will place information boards on the road in this area to inform the travelling public of the works; they will carry out a letter drop to local residents directly affected by the works; and they will sign a vehicular diversion route using the local road network. The following map shows the extent of the closure and the diversion route.
