Ferndown Town Council is acutely aware of the inconvenience to our residents and visitors because of the ongoing traffic and parking issues. We are working closely with stakeholders to try to improve this situation for the benefit of our community.
New Speed Limits - Longham
There is a proposal to revoke the existing 40mph speed limit and introduce a new 30mph Speed
Limit on a section of the A348 Ringwood Road, Ferndown.
From a point approximately 135 metres North of its junction with Millhams Road to a point
approximately 288 metres in a northern direction from its junction with Pompey’s Lane, a length of 1790 metres.
