Aaron Fellows

Aaron role includes working with young people and other members of staff to develop a programme of activities and to then ensure they are delivered safely and for everyone to enjoy.
The role also focuses on building relationships with young people and offering support/advice or help when asked. This may be done within the session or on a one to one basis at other times during the day.
Aaron is also responsible for the Safeguarding of the young people within the session and working with other agencies.
His role has also developed into providing detached youth work session which involves going out into the community to meet and support young people.
The role also includes general administration and other tasks involved with running the youth centre for young people and other community groups.
