Part-time Administration Officer
Job Description: Part-time Administration Officer – Ferndown
Reporting to: Town Clerk/Administrator
Salary: £29,439 per year – full time equivalent plus pension scheme
Hours of work: 25 per week, Monday – Friday with some occasional weekend and evening work as required
Holiday: 22 days annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays
Location: King George V Pavilion, Peter Grant Way, Ferndown
Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to manage our buildings and grounds. King George V Playing Fields covers an area of 60 acres and is a valuable resource used by residents as well as visitors to relax, walk their dogs and exercise. It caters for a wide range of sports and leisure activities. Based at this great location you will be a team player, inspire colleagues, volunteers and deliver great customer service. The role will involve the running of the site including managing 2 part time cleaners and all bookings for the venue which include function rooms, bar, pitch hire and sports grounds.
