Summary of CIL expenditure.
Members agreed the sum of £85,000 would be allocated from the CIL payments for the purposes of providing a new play park at Dugdell Close Ferndown. 4 October 2021/ 4 November 2021.

Minute Cllr Stamp proposed funding to the value of £100k be approved for the refurbishment of Dugdell Play Park, Finance and General Purposes Committee approve funding of £55k from reserves and £45k be funded from the 2021/2022 Dugdell budget, seconded by Hanson Graham and approved by all.

Resolved – funding to the value of £100k be approved for the refurbishment of Dugdell Play Park, Finance and General Purposes Committee be recommended to approve funding of £55k from Council reserves and £45k to be funded from the 2021/2022 Dugdell budget heading 4170.

Tender Dugdell Playpark refurbishment
The Committee Clerk explained the Council had received an additional CIL payment in recent days. It was expected a large amount of the agreed sum for the playpark would be spent on ground works therefore, it was proposed to increase the sum for the new play park to £130,000. Members agreed the tender document be amended to £130,000 an additional £30,000 sums from CIL payment received.
Cllr Parrott proposed to accept the Dugdell Playpark Tender for the sum of £130,000, of which £85,000 CIL monies would be used, seconded by Cllr Stamp and agreed by all.
Resolved – Dugdell Playpark Tender be accepted.
