3 Year Strategic Plan

Ferndown Town Council has consulted the community on its new 3 year plan with views from residents, retailers, businesses and community organisations. The plan includes an overarching vision underpinned by a set of priorities that will guide the Town Council’s work between 2022-2025. It will involve key projects, assist with annual budget setting and enable long term financial planning. The feedback from this plan is being collated.
